Is it common now for a company to say they will call for a phone interview but not give a time. Then not call on the day they say they would. 2 days later I get an email saying it has been reschedule for another day with no clue to the time? In the past all phone interview I've had were for specific days/time. This seems really unprofessional to me and hard to take serious.
