This has been a topic for discussion on the CF-Talk thread in the past. There was a site created at http://www.keystonesymposia.org/cfs/ for an unofficial salary survey. You'll need to clean up the data that's there (as the results page says, copy and paste the info into a spreadsheet) as there are some records that throw the calculations off.
