I am a Recruiter and have used Prove It before. As Phillip said, make sure you are going the correct way and not a shortcut way or it will mark it wrong. For example, and this is an easy example, but if the question was how do you send an email in Outlook - you must go to file and hit new you can't just open a new message.
The test is broken down my Basic, Intermediate and Advanced questions and the results will be given as such. You can actually go online and look at the information - www.proveit.com.
