Candidate must be as comfortable collaborating on application design as they are pounding out code or performing code reviews. This position requires a unique individual who is attracted to a ground-floor opportunity with a large degree of responsibility and upside potential. In addition to the required technical skills, candidate must have experience managing other developers and multiple projects, and possess the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Technical Skill Requirements -------------------------------- - 3 years general Web development - 2 years hardcore Cold Fusion development - 1 year JavaScript - Thorough working knowledge of Unix based systems - Thorough working knowledge of RDBMS systems including Oracle for Unix - Basic familiarity with a procedural language such as C, or object-oriented languages such as Java, C++, or SmallTalk Education Requirements ------------------------- No degree required, but undergraduate-level technical degree is a big plus. Web Developer ============================== We are looking for a developer with a strong programming background and some real world experience developing commercial Web applications using ColdFusion/HTML/JavaScript/DHTML and a commercial RBMS such as SQL Server or Oracle . Candidate must have strong analytical skills and must be able to work effectively as part of a development team. Thorough working knowledge of the following are preferred but not required: commercial RDBMS, procedural programming languages such as C, object-oriented languages such as Java.
