It seems to me that being able to have a look at the number,
qualifications, experience, and expectations of the "competition" would
be very valuable if judging how to market yourself to prospective
employers. Be patient and take advantage of the opportunity these
postings provide - you might learn something.

I agree completely! I signed up here to hear about job offers not the
personal job offers/resumes. Possibly someone could set up a listserve
for those selling themselves.
