Is this the same company as the one with offices in San Francisco? In
either case, I'd like to point out that the BCSI in the Bay Area is a place
nobody wants to work for. If you choose to do so, it is at your own risk.

While I didn't have a bad experience with them necessarily, I found their
contract to be quite rude in that it stated that if, for any reason, the
client (meaning the people you work for) failed to pay BCSI, YOU were
responsible to reimburse BCSI for all payment received. This is even if the
client had signed your timecards.

I have been a contractor for almost three years, and I've worked for some
good agencies, and I've worked for some bad agencies. I'm compiling a list
of them and will be posting them in the near future. If anybody has any
stories they'd like to share, please feel free to send them to me privately,
and I'll add them to my compilation.

Heck, I'm still owed 33 hours worth of pay by Robert Half Int'l Corp. due to
a company that refused to sign my remaining timecard after I declared I was
leaving because they couldn't return phone calls or emails in a timely
fashion (when you're working offsite for them, communication is essential).
This same company, btw, has skipped out on paying a lot of people it seems.
I think they may be filing bankruptcy.

Meanwhile, in the interest of staying on-topic, I've been lurking for about
a week and have only seen a few posts, but it's low traffic enough that it
seems to work for both job posts as well as job requests.

I get almost all of my leads from dice.com, FWIW...

Rob
