Check out www.RHIC.com, they have a 2001 salary guide you can download in
PDF format (once you register). I thought their salary ranges were pretty
accurate for Canadian CF developers.
They list both Canadian and US salary ranges (its an averaging thing I
guess) for both 2000 and 2001. They'll even send it to you in dead tree
format.
