Hello, My name is Michael Martys and I am the chief technical officer for Cnav Systems Inc., (www.cnavsystems.com), a small startup company formed last year by Gettysburg College. We are based in Gettysburg Pennsylvania. We make web portals specifically for colleges and universities using java, cold fusion, and oracle running on solaris or linux. Our portals feature very strong data privacy capabilities as well as built in helpdesk, inventory tracking and timesheet subsystems. Right now we are in a slow period and we are looking for some short term projects (one to four months) to keep our development teams busy. We are very good at cold fusion, java, javascript, and oracle (including oracle stored procedures and complex SQL). We have our own development environment and we can handle all aspects of a project from concept to testing. Our programmers have from 2-5 years experience in cold fusion, java, and oracle (we built portals for Gettysburg College before our startup), and a professor who was formerly the head of Gettysburg's Computer science department is on our staff. Because we are looking to stay busy, we would be able to offer very good hourly rates or take on work on a fixed price basis. We have individuals available to start a project immediately, and we would be willing to maintain our work.
