I would define an expert as a person with skill or knowledge in a particular
field noticeably above that of other knowledgeable professionals in the same
field. Thus, because Ben Forta's skill and knowledge of ColdFusion
development is quite noticeably above that of other knowledgeable ColdFusion
developers, Ben should be considered an expert.
