General Requirements for this job:
* Minimum of a B.A. or B.S. degree from an accredited college or
university
* Five years of work experience and a minimum of two years of Project
Management experience
* Experience with juggling multiple projects and managing resources in a

deadline-driven production environment
* Some knowledge of trade and/or professional associations and their
typical services and product offerings.

General Business and Customer skills required:
* Excellent attention to detail
* Fabulous organizational and time-management skills, including ability
to estimate completion times for project milestones and other assigned
tasks
* Exceptional communication skills: both verbal and written
* Experience managing projects concurrently with little direct
supervision
* Ability to adapt well to frequent change, delays or unexpected events.

* Fondness for working in a fast paced, collaborative environment
* Ability to anticipate customers' needs and communicate with client to
provide appropriate, quality solutions that meet their business and
operational goals
* Commitment to keeping projects on schedule, ensuring milestones are
met, and
changes in schedule or project scope are documented, communicated to,
and approved by the client, your team and upper management
*  Desire and ability to build and maintain strong collaborative
relationships with clients, becoming a valued resource for them and
their own ability to meet internal business goals via the Web.

Specific Technical skills needed:
* High comfort level with using e-mail, instant messenger, and a custom
intranet/extranet application to communicate and track project progress
*  Familiarity with Web terminology and commonly used Web tools such as
HTML, database applications, ColdFusion, DNS, etc.) as well as a general

love of the Web!
* Active interest in innovation: researching, testing, and applying new
technology

Team Skills required:
*  Ability to successfully manage a dynamic team of 4-6 members.
*  Desire to help team members uncover and recognize their potential and

excel professionally by providing them with training and encouraging
them to learn from others.
* Interest in interacting with others and working harmoniously with
fellow Project Managers and co-workers.
* Ability to juggle resources and work across teams to meet company wide

project goals.
* Open to constructive critiques on how to improve efficiency, approach
project challenges and manage staff.
*  Knowledge of how to conduct useful and efficient team meetings.
These meetings ensure that team members have the freshest information as

it relates to their specific projects.  Team meetings are also important

because they foster the overall goals of the group.

Analytical Skills:
* Ability to supplement basic job skills with creative problem solving
* Sense of upcoming resource needs and ability to schedule deadlines and

resources that allows for multiple projects to move forward concurrently

* Ability to research and envision options, rank according to cost,
complexity and need, and recommend suitable options for staff and/or
client consideration.
