> o Demonstrated analytical, process, and development skills
> o Demonstrated ability to learn new skills quickly and independently
> o Demonstrated ability to work independently with little supervision,
> and able to switch rapidly between different projects
> o Demonstrated ability to communicate complex concepts effectively and
> appropriately to a variety of audiences
> o Excellent organizational, writing, presentation, and interviewing
> skills
> o Excellent leadership and people skills, collaborative and consultative
> skills and experience
> o Acute eye for detail
> o At least 12 months involvement in web application development
> o Demonstrated development experience with HTML and CSS
> o Understanding of web application technologies (application servers,
> JavaScript, CGI, etc.)
> o Willingness and ability to travel frequently
> o Bachelor's Degree in a computer discipline, a
> human-computer-interaction (HCI)-related area (Cognitive Psychology,
> Linguistics, Philosophy, Anthropology, Industrial Engineering, etc.), or
> equivalent combination of education and experience.

> Desirable Skills and Experience:
> o Graduate Degree in HCI, or an HCI-related area
> o Experience in observational user research methods

> o Understanding of object-oriented analysis and design
