The plus-point in Judith's company (and management demeanor) is that they
are still there and are actually hiring.  Many "nicer" companies aren't.

If she has a no-nonsense management style, so be it.  There are worse crimes
and certainly I have witnessed enough nonsense in the techno-hiring world to
make any manager sick to death of it.  She's trying to cut the bull in
advance - good for her.
