Mr Sax is correct, with one exception.R&D organizations (where I was in
1994) already had access to the internet and were using it. We were using
the Purveyor web server, which was based on the Edinborough unix to NT
conversions paid for by Compaq, Microsoft, Sequent, DEC, and others. I dont
remeber the versions, but 1994/1995 timeframe we were already developing
secured applications using our own C++ ISAPI filter against NT domain
security.

Sorry for the bad information, I have never been good at math.
