LOCATION: Computer Services/Administrative Systems at Ohio University, Athens, OH AVAILABLE: Immediately following search SALARY: $46,507 MINIMUMQUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree; however, equivalent and substantial career experience/accomplishments may be substituted for a degree. Experience utilizing ColdFusion plus experience utilizing one or more of the following: JAVA, CGI scripting, UNIX, or Windows NT. Experience with SQL compliant RDBMS and higher education systems an additional plus. This position requires a strong orientation to customer service, excellent oral and written communication skills, and the ability to provide support services to the university. RESPONSIBILITIES: Work closely with users to analyze their requirements and to develop new web-based applications/systems for the varied functional areas within the university. Evaluate and recommend the most appropriate computing platform to produce the desired solution. Maintain the highest level of service possible in meeting the needs of faculty, staff, and students.
