Hello -- We are looking to meet an outstanding individual with 3+ years Cold Fusion experience plus strong SQL, SQL server familiarity as the first full-time CF resource in our small (<10 people) startup.
Our business is based on applying a rapid-configuration web-based toolset we've been assembling for several years, along with a very low-overhead infrastructure, at a price point that can't be supported by most technology providers. We believe in systematizing our own technical and business processes to deliver consistent, professional service to our customers from a lean but highly-capable team. Our core product was first installed six months ago; two new complementary products are currently being installed for the first time. The specific 'job description' will vary depending on the individual who joins our team, but will range from taking the reins of the technology we have in place today, to leading significant additions and enhancements that extend the capabilities we can deliver to our customers. Initially this individual would work directly with our CEO to assist and address core technology issues, evolving into assumption of additional responsibilities and know-how as appropriate both for the individual and for business needs. The person in this position can and likely will have considerable involvement and influence in establishing the technology side of our growing organization.
