My name is Michael W. Firth a ColdFusion Developer from Atlanta, GA. Currently I have almost 2 years worth of experience as a web developer and the majority of it has been with ColdFusion. I have working with ColdFusion since version 4.0 and just recently took on the Fusebox methology. I have worked with various aspects of the ColdFusion language within projects which include but not limited to: database programming, custom tags, wddx, form processing, and verity collections. Other languages included with my skillset include:
ASP/ASP.Net, T-SQL, Access SQL, XML, HTML, Javascript, and VBScript. I am also familiar with the following application languages through my education, but have not had the opportunity to acquire any professional experience: Visual Basic, C++ and some Java. I have experience in working on site, which was for www.onetravel.com, but for the past year and a half have been working on a freelance basis. Recently I have finished building a complete intranet system for Exodus Technology, which was built to track registration, and orders for their Super Petros TCM Software, which required me to work on site. Another project which can be viewed is at www.omaha.milliman.com which was actually a basic redesign of their site and restructure from a frontpage format to a strict hand coded design. Other projects which I have worked on have included shopping carts which were implemented into Intranet applications, modification of a public housing intranet application.
