I need a consultant to complete re-branding of company website (logo &
content), customer notifications (emails & forms), partnerships
relationships, IVR, and domain. The developer will be responsible for
designing, coding, and implementing all web components of the project scope.
Developer may be given other development responsibilities as needed. The
developer will need to provide strategic recommendations and must be able to
gain consensus on these recommendations and finally, must be able to
implement the recommendation.

Developer must be an effective, proactive communicator. This project affects
several different IT teams.
Developer must be willing and able to effectively communicate with other
project teams.
Excellent oral & written English communication skills
Developer must be able to provide superb documentation detailing their
technical design and unit testing.
Developer must support the efforts of the project manager to document
development related project requirements, technical issues, testing
strategies and code enhancements to support the business requirements
Developer must be able to accurately estimate task work (hours) & duration
(days).
Developer must commit to dates. Project is extremely date sensitive.
Developer must be able to meet their commitments.
3 years experience with Cold Fusion MX
3 years experience with Visual C++
Experience with MFC, Multi-threading
Experience with MS SQL Database
Creating stored procedures
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems ? or similar
technical degree
Any experience with UML is a plus
Any experience with .NET is a plus

This is a one-year project in San Diego and my rate cap is $65/hr - $70/hr,
all-inclusive, corp-to-corp or 1099 or $55/hr - $60/hr on our W2 payroll
