Web Developer Position Nylon Technology (www.nylontechnology.com) We are a software company that specializes in web-based systems such as websites, intranets, extranets, cd-rom, content management and database solutions. We focus on the technology for these projects with our partner agencies providing the majority of the designs. We work in a good-sized loft on 14th street with skylights, a large plant and other amenities. It's a fairly informal environment, but we are serious about our work.
Basic Job Description: We are looking for someone with a good level of experience who can and wants to take projects from start to finish. Most often the work will involve coding the design files, building databases for press releases, jobs, events, etc and building administration controls for the databases. We also receive a good number of ecommerce projects. Problem solving skills are used everyday, we are always working to learn new things and you will have some interaction with clients. Skills: Must be detail oriented. Must be a team player as well as work well on your own.
