of how much an intermediate (2+ years of experience with CF) and novice
programmer (Less than 2 years experience) should be paid annually? Assume
knowledge of DB design, etc. I'm working on my budget for next semester and
want to figure out how much I should be budgeting for new hires as well as
raises for existing staff. Any help would be appreciated. Please forward
