We are currently looking for a full time Programmer for our IVR solutions group. The position is located in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. Responsibilities will include: Design and develop new custom IVR solutions, employing industry. Experienced C and/or C++, Cold Fusion Programmer Prosodie Interactive is an established technology services company providing ASP, B2C, B2B and B2E interactive voice (IVR/CRM), web, data solutions, and business intelligence reporting solutions for businesses.
Candidates should have 3-5 years recent experience with developing complex IVR applications utilizing Oracle, Cold Fusion and C and/or C++ technologies. Applicants with ACD (automatic call distribution) experience a plus. Linux or other UNIX development experience mandatory. Excellent analytical, problem solving, and organization skills. Understanding of Oracle stored procedures, functions, Crystal Reports development are also desired.
