Actuate Report Writers/Developers major responsibilities include identifying best business practices, maintain existing Actuate Reports, and developaccurate, timely reports to support business requirements while providing technical expertise.

Minimum Requirements:
The successful candidate must have a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, MIS or related discipline as well as the following:
* 4- to 6-years of experience in systems analysis,applications development, and systems architecture
* Research, resolve, and document all problems related to both simple and complex reportswhile working in a RAD - Rapid Application Development environment.
* Actuate Report Development or Actuate Server experience is a plus
* Participate in Team Meetings
* Contribute to the growth and improvement of the Actuate Team.
* Familiar with report templates and component libraries, multiple data sources, multiple data queries and SQL stored procedures
* Strong technical skills, including but not limited to:- Actuate e.Report Designer Professional 7.0 - Microsoft Windows 2000, NT (Operating System) - SQL Server - ColdFusion, Java, Visual Basic or C++ programming knowledge a plus - Understanding of programming concepts - Proficiency in object oriented methodologies and development processes
