Job Description
A challenging career opportunity exists with Northrop Grumman Information Technology - Tasc supporting the NIMA/Technical Services Contract in the areas of design, development, and implementation of a dynamic content, web enabled workspace environment.Focus of the job is to identify internal and external user web based information content, format, and accessibility needs, analyze and evaluate current and new network implementation alternatives, and evaluateexisting commercial and/or government intranet implementations Primary responsibility is for the development and maintenance of multiple customer websites. Candidate is also responsible for the training of endusers, preparation of briefings, evaluation and recommendation of tools. Essential Functions: The candidate will be required to work directly with end users to define requirements for new web applications. They will also develop prototypes and review with customer, and transition prototypes to customers operational servers. An ability to work in an integrated customer/contractor environment is required. Security Prerequisite: TS/SCI.
Job Qualifications
Bachelors degree plus five years experience in computer science, web and/or intranet development. Experience with Microsoft Office software applications integration, and understanding of commercial web applications. Experience with Oracleand ColdFusion applications. Knowledge of NIMA processes, DoD networks, and the geospatial intelligence community a plus.
