Candidates should have extensive experience with Action Script,
experience with Flash MX, Flash remoting, OO approaches with Flash,
understanding of MVC, working with server side scripting etc. People
with computer science degrees or backgrounds will be given preference
but having a degree or a computer science degree is not necessary. Also
if you have references and experience working remotely we will consider
your resume but preference is given to candidates in the Washington D.C.
metro area or in Manhattan.
Payment for work will be dependant on experience.
