REQUIREMENTS:
. 4-6 years of relevant technology experience;
. Proficient with PHP or ColdFusion;
. Experience in a MS SQL Server, Oracle, or MySQL environment;
. Comfortable with Unix, database driven web environments;
. Ability to write technical specifications for projects, and know how
to scale up or down the time spent on this, while trading off risk;
. Client-interface consulting experience;
. Ability to effectively communicate with both technical and
non-technical individuals and to facilitate client meetings;
. Microsoft certification is a plus
