I have the same thing happen all the time. I've worked on several
applications where we created really nice 1 step unsubscribe links on
systems where the user manually had to add themself to the list and then,
rather than just clicking on the link, they exhaust so much effort to find a
tech support email and write in to the staff asking to please be removed
from the list. Grr!

Seriously - I wasn't trying to be a jerk - but the unsubscribe link _is_ in
every email. I know from personal experience of running a list - it is a
pain to have unsub people as the admin, especially when the instructions are
pretty clear.
