I've been doing freelance work for the past five years, and have gotten
myself to the point where I feel that I can't take a vacation because I have
clients depending on me. This is a problem as I have a long (6 week+)
vacation coming up in July. I've tapped my existing network of associates,
and everyone seems to have a busy Summer lined up. What I'm looking for is
to partner up with someone I can trust, and depend on to help my clients out
when I'm not available. I, in turn, will do the same for you. If you are
a Sr. ColdFusion Developers (5+ years CF & SQL or equivalent experience) and
are interested in this type of relationship, please e-mail me off list.
Here's a short list of things that I'm looking for:
+ You must be a freelancer/independent contractor. If you have a full time
job already, this is not for you.
+ I'm looking for programmers. Not web designers (I already know plenty of
those).
+ Geographical location is not that important, but I prefer someone in San
Diego, CA or the West coast. That's where most of my clients are. And
sometimes face to face meetings are necessary. You must be a US Citizen.
In the short term, I have a client that will need between 10 and 20 hours /
week of support in July and August. The bill rate for this project is $50 /
hr.
