Mission:

Essential Functions:
* Provide general web page/site design, development and maintenance for a variety of different clients.
* Provide testing support for applications on an as needed basis.
* Flexibility to see small projects from start to finish or work on large projects with a group of other developers
Personal and Professional Skills:
* Possess a Brand Champion mentality: friendly, optimistic, can do attitude, goes with the flow
* Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, mathematics or equivalent
* Experience building to web standards incl. HTML and CSS. Some knowledge of _javascript_ and XML is a bonus.
* Familiarity with multiple web scripting languages including Coldfusion, PHP, ASP, JSP and PERL is preferred.
* A basic understanding of programming methodologies and best practices including version control and bug tracking software.
* Demonstrate a desire to learn and accept new challenges.
