INS is currently recruiting for an experienced web and database developer to join our growing team in Blackwood, NJ. This is a full-time permanent position to be located at our offices. The successful candidate will be involved in a number of types of web and database development projects across platforms and technologies. The ability to utilize multiple languages and technologies to best accomplish design goals is a must.
REQUIREMENTS At least 4 years of experience designing, developing, and implementing web and database driven applications is required. Self-motivation, excellent documentation ability, and great communication skills are a must. BS/BA degree or equivalent professional experience preferred. Technical Requirements: - Experience developing with Macromedia ColdFusion or equivalent, including development of custom tags and CFC's. - Additional experience with complementary languages such as Java, J2EE or JSP. - SQL Relational database experience using Microsoft SQL Server and/or mySQL. Must understand and employ good database design practices. - HTML, JavaScript, and CSS knowledge is a must. - Working knowledge of web development tools including Macromedia Dreamweaver MX 2004 and HomeSite+. - Working knowledge of complementary tools and languages such as PHP, ASP, C++ a plus.
