For those of you interested, the app is going to be laid out using DWMX 2004, and will need to run on CFMX & Access. I have already built the db but you may want to do minor changes of fields types according to your preference.
It will consist of four sections, which are outlined below: 1) VIEW/EDIT 2) ADD NEW 3) SEARCH 4) REPORTING For each record there is basic info about a person (name, address, city, state, zip, ph, age, work, etc.) along with about 50 optional information areas. About half of the optional data will be CFSELECT and the other half checkboxes or ON/OFF. What I would like to do is narrow it down to 5 people or so that I'd be comfortable working with. Then post some screen shots so that you can provide an estimate for your services. To help me narrow the field since I've had much more response than I expected - please email me off list with a link or two of your slickest web app. Even if it's a screen shot of an intranet or similar. I'm mainly looking for good GUI and someone I can work easily with thru email at this point. All work will be completed thru email and phone conversation where needed. You will hang on to the completed code until payment is received, but I will need to have a working version online to show the client while we work and once it is completed.
