Greetings, Quantum Delta Web Solutions has just started it's 4th year in business.
Last Summer, I hired a paid summer intern and it worked out really well. Tony (my intern) was able to learn a lot and get some real life experience and I was able to get some much needed help with my work load and be more productive myself. Business is better than ever right now and the company is growing at an exponential rate! Therefore, it is time to start seriously looking for some help. I am looking for the right person to work with me. At this point of the search, the possibilities are wide open. By that, I mean the job could end up being: A part time intern A full time intern A summer intern A part time Jr. Solution Provider A full time Jr. Solution Provider Or whatever the Lord sends me. Quantum Delta provides web solutions to small businesses. We do web design, web application development, web hosting, support for our products/services, domain administration, email administration and hosting. The person I am looking for should have: � A good understanding of the logic behind programming (i.e. if statements, what variables are, etc.) or the aptitude to learn such concepts. � I do NOT want someone who has years of programming experience with little or no standards and bad coding habbits. � The ability to see solutions to "issues" or problems. � One who can work in my office with me (at least most of the time) in Broken Arrow, OK. � Somewhat of a creative side. I am NOT looking for an artist by any means, but rather one who does not fail art class ;) � Ability to be flexible, as most days the work I do requires a constant abiltiy to change and adapt to changing priorities. � And the most important attibute I am looking for is: One who is open minded with the willingness and desire to learn. This could be a GREAT oppurtunity for the right person. The right person will be trained, taught and mentored in: Sales, Developing Proposals, Customer Relations, Web Design (including some video and animation), Web Development, System Architecture, Web Standards, Database Design, Interacting with Databases and Data, Business Management, Project Management, Domain and Email Adminstration.
