You should be familiar with the use and creation of CFCs and Web Services both publishing and consuming, have basic understanding of MS SQL Server, database schemas, SQL Enterprise Manager, and JavaScript. Good working knowledge of CSS and dynamic style sheets, XML and XML style sheets a plus. It would be helpful to have some experience with some type of CVS as well.
