Work with a leading online communications firms to provide online solutions for 
non-profits. Members of the Technical Services staff are responsible for 
executing all aspects of a project or campaign. On larger projects, staff 
members work as part of a team and are supervised by the Technical Project 
Manager. On smaller projects and tasks, staff members are expected to work 
independently, seeking support from others when needed.  Staff members are 
expected to perform tasks using a wide range of technologies, such as PHP, 
ColdFusion, or Perl, with the expectation that he or she will learn more 
advanced capabilities.

Technical Services staff members that generate technical systems architecture 
are responsible for creating the technical vision of a client project from the 
outset.  Listening, presenting, writing and organizational skills are essential 
in that staff members will need to convey their technical ideas and solutions 
to internal staff (more specifically the project team) and clients on a regular 
basis.  Although the staff members may not necessarily be staffed as a 
developer on the project, they should continue to serve as a technical resource 
throughout the life of the project. 

Responsibilities include the following specific activities:
· Helping Client Services staff during discovery to determine the technical 
direction of a project
· Converting project/client requirements into technical tasks and providing 
estimates for these tasks
· Drafting of Technical Architecture and Test Plans

Other Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related major required;
· 3+ years of experience architecting and developing database driven projects;
· Experience estimating level of effort for technical work;
· Candidate must be familiar with all phases of the software development 
lifecycle;
· Manage requirements, design, schedule, and project documentation;

Compensation includes competitive base plus guaranteed bonus potential. Each
