I'm contracting with a local company who has been operating a spin-off web development operation for a few years. They've got themselves a primitive, but big suite of CF modules they package and sell to clients. The code has had a lot of hands in it, is based on some flawed architecture, is CF5, and is largely uncommented and undocumented. The good news is the agency is fairly easy to work with, needs real professional help, and is fine with long-distance telecommuting.
What they're looking for is 1 person to oversee management of their rackspace co-located server (a fairly light load--MS SQL, Win2K, InFusion IMS), and 1 or more people to assist them in the development of new modules, the maintenance of existing modules and web clients, the set-up of new clients, and daytime support and consulting (this is an eastern time zone client).
