It is a full-time, salaried position in our San Francisco office. The following skills are absolutely mandatory: * Macromedia ColdFusion -- min. 2 yrs experience; certification highly regarded * Excellent knowledge of web technologies and web application design * Database design -- Microsoft SQL Server highly regarded * Strong programming background in a variety of languages One or more of the following, additional skills would be preferred: * Flash/Actionscript * E-learning experience * Some graphic design ability You must have a proven track record in the following: * Operating under pressure * Working to tight deadlines * Understanding and interpreting customer requirements * Working as part of a team (both local and virtual) * Working independently Working closely with our clients you will be responsible for: * New implementation and management of e-learning programs * Technical project management * Assisting in the scoping of projects * Handling technical support queries from end users * Maintenance, updates and enhancements The successful candidate will be offered a salary commensurate with experience.
