Job Description: Candidate will ensure reliability and high availability of enterprise web environments to meet business needs. Candidate must have progressively challenging experiences installing, configuring, maintaining, and supporting IIS versions 5 and 6 and Cold Fusion MX 7. Must have working knowledge of enterprise web applications, systems and supporting technologies including firewalls/routing/ load balancing etc. Must exhibit strong troubleshooting skills and ability to methodically identify, research and resolve complex issues in the web environment. Web development experience a plus (to include Perl and KORN shell scripting). Strong skills in Windows 2003 are desired. Business Specific: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent work experience is preferred. Master's degree is highly preferred. Required Skills: Must have in-depth technical knowledge and hands-on experience with IIS versions 5 and 6 and Cold Fusion MX 7. Competitive candidate should have 5+ years current experience in web environment administration and related infrastructures and technologies. Siebel and PeopleSoft experience very desirable. Ideal candidate will also have experience in configuration automation and scripting. IBM Edge and Cisco CSS (or similar CBR technologies) experience is desirable. *After hours and weekend support and on-call rotation will be required. Strong interpersonal skills and command of written and spoken English. Motivated self-starters will be most successful. Position requires extensive contact with multiple project managers, developers, management and team members.
