As someone who has looked for people in the past, I bet this is the problem (not the lack of inclusion--of price points). I bet that Doug is getting a lot of responses along the lines of: "I've been working with ColdFusion for 5 years. Here is my resume" Cover letters are a lost art on many, although I don't understand why.
