This a first rate opportunity to custom develop and manage the website of a one of the largest political campaigns of the 2006 election cycle with unprecedented access to campaign staff. The programmer will work closely with the campaign staff and I Stand For (ISF), a political technology company, to create customized functionalities on the ISF platform. The programmer will split his or her time between the fast-paced work environment of a major Democratic campaign and a leading political software ASP company. I Stand For (http://www.istandfor.com <http://www.istandfor.com/> ) is a technology company offering innovative ASP technologies to political campaigns, advocacy organizations and non-profits. It has a proven track record in serving political campaigns on every level including gubernatorial, senate, and congressional races. Responsibilities -Manage website on ISF platform including Fundraising, Event, and Database - back and front ends. -Train relevant parties to update web site when necessary using ISF's CMS tool. -Build custom modules and additions on ISF's ASP Platform. -Edit existing tools and site pages building off of or modifying existing ColdFusion code. -Perform QA tasks before and after deployments are made. -Interface with both campaign staff and I Stand For staff. -POLITICAL EXPERIENCE IS NOT NECESSARY.
