Dealer Tire is a rapidly growing and dynamic company that provides
tires and services to automotive dealerships.  We currently have
national contracts to run the factory tire programs for Mercedes-Benz,
BMW, Lexus, Toyota, Chrysler, Nissan, Infiniti, Volkswagen, Audi, Saab
and Kia.

accomplishment driven culture.  Toyota Motor Sales recognized Dealer
Tire with two Quality Assurance Awards in 2004 --  the first time any
company has received two awards in one year.  In 2005 Dealer Tire was

These successes coupled with an astounding 50% growth in each of the
last four years and a plan to continue that growth leaves us with an
additional need within our Applications Development team.

Broad Function and Objective:

We are seeking a Senior Web Developer with a strong background in
Internet Technologies and Enterprise Resource Planning Systems (ERP)
to be part of our Application Development team. This position will be
responsible for developing reusable architectures and methodologies
that can be integrated into various enterprise applications for our
company.

This position will require the ability to design, develop, and
implement leading edge solutions that will meet the needs of our
customers.  This individual will participate in the entire software
development life cycle for enterprise class Business-To-Business (B2B)
applications, while also providing leadership of the integration
process and fellow team members.  This position also requires the
ability to perform daily in a deadline driven and results focused team
environment.

This position will require an individual that is Fair, Accountable,
Innovative, and has a Playing to win attitude.

Position Qualifications (Professional):

Position Qualifications (Technical):

Requires a four-year degree in Computer Science or Management
Information Systems.
Experience in developing high volume, transaction oriented web applications.
Minimum 8 years of application development experience.
Minimum 6 years of experience developing web applications in
ColdFusion with recent experience developing ColdFusion Components
(CFC's).
Certified in ColdFusion 5 or ColdFusion MX.
Experience in the design and development of applications utilizing
HTML, CSS, JavaScript, CFML, XML, XSLT, Java, JSP, JDBC, web services,
SOAP, web servers (IIS 5.0/6.0), application servers (ColdFusion 5 or
MX), middleware, EDI, and RDBMS.
In-depth understanding and experience with CSS. Must be able to
demonstrate effective uses of CSS and style inheritance.
Experience developing ColdFusion applications with methodologies like:
FuseBox, cfObjects, and CFC's (MVC architectures).
Experience maintaining web and application servers, specifically
ColdFusion Administration and IIS.
Experience with SQL Server 2000, including relational table design,
stored procedures, views, indexes and triggers, DTS packages, and
other database administration skills is a requirement.  Experience
with DB2 is also a plus.
Understands web site file organization and web site performance tuning
concepts.
Experience in developing web applications in Macromedia Flex, Flash,
AJAX, and/or ActionScript is a strong plus.
Experience with middleware products such as WebMethods and Oracle DRDA
is a plus.
Experience with ERP systems like Oracle, PeopleSoft, SAP, and JD
Edwards is a plus.

Excellent customer service experiences by all customers and IT personnel.
Effective training and support of user communities with web
technologies and tools developed.

Other Information about this Position:

Evenings and weekends will be required on an as needed basis to meet
deliverables.
Core hours will be Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Production Support will be required; a pager will be provided.
