Technical Team Lead
Nucleus Solutions has an opportunity for an experienced Technical Team
Lead. This position would lead a team of ColdFusion/SQL Server
application developers in the development, implementation, and
maintenance of web-based applications. We are a fast-paced IT consulting
firm specializing in absence/disability management transactional, data
warehousing and reporting systems that are delivered to our clients
through an Application Service Provider model. Nucleus promotes a casual

Required Team Leadership Skills
· Preparing level of effort estimates for complex technical
development.
· Assessing technical aptitude in technical staff and providing
mentoring and targeted assignments to increase staff skill set.
· Write technical design/architecture documents.
· Delegate assignments to developers and set goals.
· Perform code reviews and enforce coding standards.
· Initiate/Reward innovation.
· Develop software.
· Assist in staff selection/hiring.
· Write performance reviews.
· Ability to communicate effectively with business
analysts/customers in requirements gathering and functional design
sessions
· Willingness to take responsibility for technical operations of
the customer, including support when off-hours team cannot resolve issue
with your group's code.
· Have demonstrated experience leading team of developers.
