APPLY NOW VERIAN TECHNOLOGIES, INC., a leading provider of Purchasing and Invoice Automation Solutions, is seeking an experienced Team Lead â ColdFusion Custom Developer in the Charlotte metro area to lead our Custom Development Team. This individual will be responsible for the overall management and success of Custom Development Projects in our Professional Services division, and will report directly to the Vice President of Professional Services. Job Description and Requirements: As Team Lead â Custom Development at Verian Technologies, this individual is responsible for executing and managing custom development projects for Verianâs client base, including our entire product suite of applications. This includes working with the Professional Services team as well as the Product Management department and the technical architect to determine product requirements and architecture design. Additionally, this individual will oversee project scope, project estimation, resource coordination, quality assurance, documentation, version control and project closure. This individual will also perform custom development him/herself. The key metric of success in this position is delivering projects on time, on budget and with quality. This individual must love leading a development team, working with clients, and must have great technical expertise. This position requires the candidate to have strong mentorship, people development and communication skills. Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and polished communication skills (oral and written) are essential. Experience leading or managing enterprise application development in a customer-facing role is important. Significant technical experience as a developer in ColdFusion, Java and/or C++ is required. Experience in Spend Management or Supply Chain application development is a plus. Furthermore, the individual must be self-motivated and possess a desire to learn and grow professionally. Computer Science/Computer Engineering major with significant experience executing and leading custom application development projects is a requirement of this position. The position will be based in Charlotte, NC.
