Posting jobs to the list is one thing. Publicly responding to job posts is another. Consistently responding to job posts publicly is yet another issue altogether.
Beau has done his share of posting (good), and publicly responding to job posts (bad). I think Beau's posting John's private response to a public list is just as rude as John's initial post.
