Requirements 2+ Years proven experience using Flash MX/MX04 and ActionScript, including experience working with animation, interactivity, XML communication, component development and video 2+ years experience with ColdFusion 3+ years working with internet programming languages Strong database design, implementation skills, and SQL programming Strong knowledge of HTML/CSS/Javascript Strong XML and related data transformation technologies Strong debugging and architecture skills Experience creating UI controls and components in Flash. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent interpersonal skills Experience developing user interfaces. Assets Experience in .Net development C#, ASP.NET Experience in development of e-learning courseware Experience using SQL Server Database Servers Experience managing Microsoft Web Servers (IIS) Some web graphic optimization and preparation (Fireworks, Photoshop) Experience with nUnit or other test driven development processes Qualifications Degree or diploma in software development or equivalent experience.
