I am looking for a midlevel to advanced freelance Flex developer who can work 3 to 4 days onsite in Boston for a client. You will be required to the customer with their application design, architecture, as well as help them with Flex scalability and performance issues. You should have at least two large Flex 2 projects under your belt and need to be able to talk about skinning, grid, and tree components in detail. You also must be a legal US resident (i.e. citizen or green card holder). Travel and hotel (assuming you don't like in Boston) will be covered and rates will be competitive but we usually pay higher than market rates.
