I have an customer that has been with us for many years now. Our company has
grown to the point where we cannot provide them with the personal attention
that we used to provide. We are at a point where we simply can't do even
small 2 and 3 hour requests without a lead time.

We would like to locate an independent contractor that can "take up the
slack" for her. Such a person would handle change requests and support
issues. You would make your own deal for billing with them. They pay well
and they are prompt with payment (never a problem in 3 years of constant
work). The amount of work ranges from 15 to 50 hours a month.

The contractor would need to be a Savy CF developer with good experience.
The site is CF 5. It's large and complicated with several sections for
clients, customers, admin etc. It includes a mix of code written to a
standard and code written willy nilly. There are lots of different
approaches and lots of "work arounds". It's not for the faint of heart - but
a good developer will be able to find their way pretty easily. In the end it
is mostly CF + SQL and a smattering of custom tags.

CF Webtools would continue to work with the customer in an advisory capacity
- basically supporting you - but you would have direct access to the
customer. If you are interested in helping them out please contact me
directly and include a short list of your skills and a few links of sites or
applications you have done or worked on.
