· Interact with the middleware teams regarding their functional specifications and implementations · Contribute to development of best engineering practices for the client team · Interact with product management and other developers to refine unclear functional requirements Required Skills: · Must have three+ years of in-depth experience developing and shipping high throughput, database driven, applications. · Strong Java programming and object-oriented skills · Demonstrated ability to lead the design, construction and verification of complex distributed systems. · Have successfully shipped software products and taken them through multiple releases. · Well honed user centered software design practices. (Please show screenshots from your portfolio) · Development experience with Java thin (e.g. STRUTS, JSF) and rich (e.g. JFACE) UI technologies.
