The Program Manager's responsibilities will include independently managing the 
entire software development life cycle by interpreting business requirements, 
creating functional specifications for approval, creating project schedules, 
managing project milestones & budget, triaging defects and managing customer 
expectations on projects as directed by ProCard Systems upper management. 

This person oversees and/or coordinates the collection, compilation, analysis, 
and presentation of project details such as Business Requirement Documents, 
Functional Specifications, Technical Specifications, Test Case Scenarios, Use 
Case Scenarios and Project schedules/plans and getting appropriate signoffs in 
the various phases of development progress. 

He or she is responsible for the overall management of the project team to 
ensure on-time, on-budget achievement of the program/project goals & 
deliverables in accordance with the approved program plan. Responsibility 
includes accurate time tracking for project resources and approvals. This role 
will participate in the review of contracts with partners/vendors and ensuring 
contractual obligations are met as part of project scope/timelines. Use the 
necessary templates, tools, and resources to maintain appropriate Project 
documentation that provide for the proper evaluation by ProCard Management. 

Managing the day to day relationship with internal business customers will be a 
key responsibility of the position.
