The Program Manager's responsibilities will include independently managing the entire software development life cycle by interpreting business requirements, creating functional specifications for approval, creating project schedules, managing project milestones & budget, triaging defects and managing customer expectations on projects as directed by ProCard Systems upper management. This person oversees and/or coordinates the collection, compilation, analysis, and presentation of project details such as Business Requirement Documents, Functional Specifications, Technical Specifications, Test Case Scenarios, Use Case Scenarios and Project schedules/plans and getting appropriate signoffs in the various phases of development progress. He or she is responsible for the overall management of the project team to ensure on-time, on-budget achievement of the program/project goals & deliverables in accordance with the approved program plan. Responsibility includes accurate time tracking for project resources and approvals. This role will participate in the review of contracts with partners/vendors and ensuring contractual obligations are met as part of project scope/timelines. Use the necessary templates, tools, and resources to maintain appropriate Project documentation that provide for the proper evaluation by ProCard Management.
