The Junior Web Developer / Helpdesk Technician is accountable for collaboration with the Director of IT & Operations, Project Manager / Interface Designer, Network & Database Administrator to provide entry-to-mid level web development, phone and email support of online customers, and internal support of office staff and off-site associates. Responsibilities In this role, the Junior Web Developer / Helpdesk Technician will have the following responsibilities: Primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: ⢠Course Implementation o Implement course scripts into a provided course template for use in CCEIâs proprietary Learning Management System (LMS) o Verification of quality and accuracy of courses created upon completion ⢠Course Corrections o Implement scripts updates into existing courses used by CCEIâs proprietary LMS o Verification of quality and accuracy of course updates upon completion ⢠Customer Support o Provide an excellent level of customer support for LMS users via phone and email, logging tickets and interactions with users into CCEIâs Contact Management System (CMS) for which training will be provided. ⢠Staff Support o Work with Network and Database administrator to ensure excellent staff support from the hardware and software perspectives. ⢠Web Development o As skill set progresses and opportunity arises, develop program modules for integration into CCEIâs LMS based on specs provided by Project Manager / Interface Designer Requirements: Creativity, organization skills, strong communication skills, analytical skills and a high maturity level are necessary for success. Candidate must have a detailed and strong overall knowledge of Information Technologyâs role in business, must be well organized, and have outstanding attention to detail. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills are essential. Candidate will focus on specific quantifiable goals for achievement and possess a high standard of personal ethics. A strong drive to help others achieve is also essential.
