Responsibilities: ⢠Plan, test, develop, implement, debug and support web-based business applications ⢠Analyze, determine, and utilize creative problem solving abilities in approaching developmental tasks ⢠Work effectively with all business units and work closely with project manager and other team members to meet deadlines and reach departmental goals ⢠Leverage experience, foresight and analytical skills to efficiently find solutions in completing tasks Requirements: ⢠4 year degree preferably in Computer Science ⢠Minimum of 3 years of practical experience using ColdFusion, ColdFusion MX, JavaScript, SQL; working knowledge of XML, Java, AJAX, Web Services, and Oracle is a plus ⢠Working knowledge of software development life cycle (analysis, design, coding, testing, debugging and documentation) ⢠Experience working successfully with changing priorities and risk - demonstrated ability to learn and adapt to new technologies ⢠Strong written and verbal communication skills - demonstrated experience in working with a team in the design and implementation of software solutions ⢠A relentless self learner who thrives in a highly dynamic environment Clear Capital's mission is to revolutionize and revitalize the real estate valuation industry by combining truly efficient applications of technology with unparalleled personal attention to customer needs.
