One of our teams has an open position for a qualified ColdFusion developer whose job will be to build new features and functionality for an existing CF application in the healthcare industry. We are interested in talking to any developers with at least 3 years' experience in both CF and SQL. Candidates must also possess a high degree of professionalism, and an ability to communicate effectively with clients. While the main thrust of the work is definitely CF, it's a bonus if you have also worked in other technologies such as PHP, Java, or .NET. Most of all we just want people who are smart and creative and fearless. Frankly we'd rather hire a brilliant, highly motivated developer who's new to CF than someone with loads of relevant experience who lacks the personal qualities we're looking for. Being the flexible guys that we are, we're open to bringing the right person on as either a full-time, salaried employee or as a sub-contractor. If you're a freelancer and want to stay that way, that's fine as long as we can get a minimum commitment from you (20-40 hours per week) that works for everyone. Our salaries / hourly rates are quite competitive and will depend on experience level as well as whether you have team-lead potential in addition to your coding skills.
