I wanted to add the following in order to answer some items I left out.

1) You will not be responsible as DBA of the entire database just the
changes for projects you are working.

2) Average project lasts between 2 days and 2 weeks.

3) Project scopes are not given, verbal walkthroughs and teleconferences are
you're major education model.

4) You will not be fired for developing poor code. We keep contractors and
would rather remidaiate you to a better place rather than retrain and
re-equip someone new.

5) Bonus are given in two thresholds. 1) Busines goals are met based upon
your porjects deadlines and timelines. or 2) Project satisfaction is under
promised and over delivered. Not the other way around.

6) You would need to be able to speak english for this. Responses in Indian
mimetype unreadable will be ignored.

7) Please send a real phone number that call you and not a call forwarding
service that put's me in Bangladore.

8) Don't say you've been developing Cold Fusion for 15 years. Unless you
were a scientist at NIST or your making royalties from JJ AllAire, you're
not being honest.

9) Lastly Rates. Please send your hourly rate based upon a contracted 40
hours minimum per week. Unless Your name is Jeremy Allaire and you own
Brightcove, you don't ask for 6 figurres as a contractor who has no rapport
with us or knowledge of the operating conditions.

Thank You,
Brian Thornton
